DIAMOND VILLAS
The 525m² villa project completed in Batumi, Georgia includes an open-plan living room, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a rooftop with a terrace.
Natural stone and wood cladding were used on the exterior of the building. The interior was equipped with underfloor heating, built-in kitchen equipment and custom-made fixed furniture.
There is an outdoor swimming pool and a relaxation terrace in the garden area.
The design and implementation processes of this 225m² villa project located in Şile, Istanbul were carried out with a holistic approach. A functional and balanced layout plan was created based on user needs in the spatial layout.
Interior planning, fixed furniture, material selection and application details were handled in a coordinated manner within the project.
SİNPAŞ FİNANS ŞEHİR
In this 94m² apartment located in Finansşehir Park stage, the design and implementation process was shaped by considering the user habits and needs. Spatial comfort was increased with solutions suitable for the size of the area, and a simple and functional layout plan was created.
Fixed furniture designs, material preferences and application details were handled in an integrated manner within the project.
